1. How do I register?
You can register a new account by Clicking Here


2. I've forgotten my username and/or password. What can I do?
You can recover your username and password details by using the Forgot Details section


3. How do I view my orders?
The Orders section of your account will keep track of any orders you have placed through our website. However any orders you place by telephone, fax or email will not be tracked.


4. Can I store my basket for another time?
Yes. When you view your basket contents, there is a button at the bottom of the page to Save Basket. If you click this we will save the contents of your basket until you restore the basket to an order again through the Saved Baskets section.


5. Is the remember me option safe to use?
When you visit the sign in page you will see a check box for remember me. This will store your username as a small data file on your computer called a cookie for 1 week so that you do not need to enter your username every time, you will only need to enter your password. We recommend that you do not use this option on shared or public computers as people will be able to see your username. They will however need to know your password to sign in to your account.


6. I'm having trouble accessing my account
Please use the System Troubleshooter to identify potential problems with your web browser or settings prior to contacting us, as most problems can be resolved by using this troubleshooter.


7. The register page tells me I am already registered!
During registration we perform checks ensure that accounts are not duplicated.
We suggest you try to recover your existing details through the Forgot Details section.
