Delivery and Returns
Free UK Delivery
Our Stacarac shelving, trolley and cloakroom range qualifies for free UK Zone 1 delivery. This excludes Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands and Islands. If we are able to deliver to these destinations then a delivery charge will be displayed at the checkout. If no delivery options are displayed please contact us for a shipping quote to these destinations. Delivery charges on other items including our Stacarac Essentials range will be displayed at the checkout.
Your order shipment
Our Stacarac range is made to order and therefore delivery is normally 15-20 working days from order. Our Stacarac Essentials range is normally in stock and delivery is 3-5 working days from order. Large orders are generally despatched via Parcelforce or APC on a 48 hour service. Smaller parcels are despatched via Hermes, Parcelforce or Royal Mail and will take 3-5 days to arrive. If a tracked service is used we will provide you with a link to track the progress of your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Most items are packed with foam corners and cardboard and wrapped in shrinkwrap to minimise damage in transit. Please check items before signing for your delivery as we may be unable to accept claims for items signed as received in good condition.
Our return policy lasts 30 days from delivery. Unfortunately we won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange if 30 days have elapsed following your delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be securely packed. A restocking fee may also apply - please see our Terms and Conditions.
To complete your return, we require a receipt, invoice or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Products with obvious signs of use.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within thirty days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us
Damage or Loss In Transit
We recommend that customers fully inspect an item on delivery and where this is not possible that they should sign as "UNCHECKED". Please contact us within 3 working days if an item arrives damaged so we can raise the issue with our courier. If the courier is at fault we will arrange to have the damaged item collected and returned to us to either repair the damage (by replacing damaged parts) or replace the product (at our discretion). We will then contact you to arrange to have the item redelivered at no additional cost.
Should an item be lost in transit we will need to wait for 21 days before we are able to replace the item as in most instances the item will be found within this time frame.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us and send your item to: Stacarac Corporation Limited, Marine House, Mayland Industrial Estate, Mayland, Chelmsford, Essex, CM3 6AX.
To return your product, you should return it to: Stacarac Corporation Limited, Marine House, Mayland Industrial Estate, Mayland, Chelmsford, Essex, CM3 6AX.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund. We can arrange to collect your item(s) and will provide a quotation for the charge which will then be deducted from your refund. Should our courier not be able to collect your item for any reason at the agreed date and from the original delivery address then we reserve the right to deduct a missed collection charge from your refund.
Depending on where you live the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We recommend that you use a fully tracked and insured shipping service. Without this we are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
