Business to Business Customers (B2B)

Prior to Despatch

If you cancel your order prior to despatch we will arrange a full refund back to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 working days for refunds to arrive.

After Despatch

If you cancel your order after it has despatched then our courier will still attempt to deliver. In this instance we would advise that you refuse the delivery. The goods will then be returned to us. You will still be liable for the shipping costs (this also includes items shipped as 'Free Shipping' - as the cost of shipping is included in the total cost of the goods). We will process your refund minus the shipping cost and this will be refunded back to your original method of payment within 14 working days. If you accept the delivery please see the 'After Delivery' paragraph below.

After Delivery

We can accept returns for 7 working days following receipt of order. If you decide that you wish to return your order during this period then you will be liable for the return delivery costs and the order will also be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We can arrange to collect the goods from you and this will be deducted from the refund you receive. We will process your refund minus any collection cost and 20% restocking fee and this will be refunded back to your original method of payment within 14 working days. Please ensure goods are returned to us within 14 days following your notification of your return. Please ensure goods are well packaged for return to us as we cannot be held liable for returned items damaged in transit via third party couriers.

Damaged Items

Please inspect all deliveries prior to signing as it may be difficult to raise a claim if you have already signed for damaged goods. If you discover goods have been damaged in transit please contact us within 7 days following delivery. We will then arrange a free collection of the damaged goods. Once we receive the damaged items back we will replace any damaged parts and re-despatch the items back to you free of charge. You may receive a damaged items questionnaire from the courier. Could you please ensure that you complete and return this as soon as possible so we can complete a claim for the damage. Please ensure goods are well packaged for return to us as we cannot be held liable for returned items damaged in transit due to poor packaging.

Consumer Customers

If you have already accepted the goods then please see the 'After Delivery' section below.

After Delivery

Terms of Revocation

For Businesses, Public Sector and Organisations: We reserve the right to levy a 20% charge for goods ordered by the Buyer which are subsequently cancelled or returned. For 'Domestic Consumers': We abide by the distance selling regulations. It is the Buyer's (Domestic Consumers Only) right to cancel their order from the moment the order is placed until 'up to' 7 (seven) working days from receiving delivery of goods. A full refund will be issued within 14 days of cancellation (should goods not be already despatched) or 14 days from proof the goods have been returned. A refund will be issued by the same means of payment of the original transaction. All: The Buyer must send confirmation of cancellation in written format by email, letter or fax. Goods shall be returned at the Buyer's expense, unless goods are faulty, mis-sold or damaged.
